Brackets Sprint 18

Brackets is an open source code editor for the web.
Brackets features:
- JavaScript Code Hinting: New code hinting for JavaScript includes keywords, local variables, arguments, and property names.
- Default Live Development on Localhost (w/ Node.js): By default, Live Development uses a built-in webserver powered by node.js.
- Drag and Drop to Open Files: Drag a file directly into Brackets to open.
